They never address some simple truths:
• The burden of proof that its okay to kill an unborn child rests on the shoulders of those who support the killing.
• Pro-abortion people support slaughtering the very children for whom they purport to have such sympathy. Is that, in some way, ‘supporting’ them?
(And, related) • The pro-abortion argument suggests that not adopting or fostering kids is somehow worse than… killing them. This is nonsensical.
• If abortion is wrong, then it’s wrong… regardless of ANYONE’s stance on anything else.
• Do we sneer at the lifeguard, simply because he doesn’t support the person whose life he just saved through the rest of his life? Of course not! We congratulate the lifeguard for his heroic action, and thank him.
