I’m all about recognizing the dignity and humanity of women inmates in prison, but let’s not mince words: They’re not there because they were stellar, upstanding, productive members of society before they went behind bars.
This picture of President Obama with a bullhorn, making a stirring little speech at Ground Zero, is very famous…
The Camp Fire was so deadly, so devastating, so aggressive, so… unstoppable due to government policies — “excessive wildfire prevention” — not “climate change.” Never count on people — like those at NPR — whose very job it is to report true things to you, to give you, you know… the truth.
Only a pathetically amateurish hack “news” organization would ever include, in something called a news feature, a schlock phrase like “in an area prone to increasingly intense forest fires due to climate change.” National Public Radio is just such a pathetically amateurish hack organization.
It’s laughably absurd to think that NPR knows where all the President’s information comes from. Yet, there they are, at NPR, looking you right in the eye and claiming that they do know. If you can’t call a very transparently false thing, Fake News, then to what, pray tell, can you give that name?
In this post, we gave an important reason why people just don’t like of trust the media: The people comprising … Continue reading NPR Watch (10/10/18) Or: Ever Wonder WHY People Don’t Like or Trust the Media? (Part II)

The host of National Public Radio’s morning fake news program — called Morning Edition — did a feature talking about a business-wear catalog from back in 1951. He interviewed some famous designer whose comment about the catalog was so completely out of touch. This guy’s comment was ALL AT ONCE racist, sexist, homophobic, trans-phobic and islamophobic. Christmas is a holiday whose principal themes are perfect love, redemption, hope, salvation, eternal life and joy. So, as I listened to NPR on the way home from a delightful family Christmas with my daughter and son, I marveled as they had a feature about, of course… “dark Christmas music.” Continue reading NPR Watch (I couldn’t help myself) (12/25/17) — Grim Christmas
There certainly was a lot of white racism in America 50, 60 years ago. However, there just isn’t any actual evidence on which to hang the claim that white Americans hold any great hostility toward non-white Americans TODAY. To the contrary, though, there’s MASSIVE evidence to support the claim that white Americans have abandoned any hostility toward ANY identity groups whatsoever! Continue reading NPR Watch — 12/12/17 — That Ol’ Time Racism!
NPR is hoping that by showing what good and upstanding and moral people they are, and by demonstrating that they won’t tolerate even a sexually suggestive remark in their midst, then everyone else will focus their sexual harassment hunting hysteria elsewhere. Really, though, a “sexually suggestive remark” is just the teentsy-weentsy hair sticking out of the big, fat NPR sex zit. Continue reading NPR Watch (11-21-17) — FURIOUS Virtue Signaling!
Only three things are possible: (1) the leftist environmentalist groups — who are supposed to be experts in the areas of their focus — don’t know what they’re talking, or whining, about, or (2) NPR is selectively editing stories to add in bits they think will make for a more persuasive story, or (3) both. Continue reading NPR Watch – (10/30/17) – “Anti-Biotic-Resistant Viruses”
NPR’s anchor implied that Pres. Trump is artificially keeping Obamacare premiums high in support of his agenda to rid the country of the law.
One might wonder where NPR was when Barack Obama stated outright his intent to raise energy prices to “painful” levels for tens of millions of Americans in order to support his political agenda. There was not a peep from NPR. I know. I listened. Continue reading NPR Watch (10/6/17) — NPR’s Selective Outrage
Republicans, Conservatives, and President Trump: STOP apologizing for doing the right thing. STOP getting defensive when someone accuses you of doing something, and the BASIC PREMISE of the accusation itself is wrong. STOP being defensive at all! On the Conservative side, our entire core idea is comprised of two things: (1) equal opportunity for all to succeed in America, with absolute minimal interference from the government, and (2) when all prosper, it’s a good thing. We have nothing to be defensive about. We need to put the Left — whose well-documented legacy is one of poverty, squalor, feebleness, dependency, division, violence, lies and misery — on the defensive. And we need to keep them there. We have nothing to apologize for; nothing about which to be defensive. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, we need to knock down the poisonous cr*p that the Left spreads. Continue reading NPR Watch (9/28/17) — Republicans: STOP Apologizing for Doing The Right Thing!
There’s a deeper point: NPR treated an ACTUAL TRUE STATEMENT as something that only a retrograde, backward, woman-hating moron would say. In other words, to be “progressive,” you have to learn, repeat, protect, live… myths, lies and fabrications. Continue reading NPR Watch (9/20/17) — The Left Lives On Myths, Lies and Fabrications

The climate does nothing but change. And everything — but EVERYTHING — that happens… from that earthworm wriggling itself awake 10 feet underground, to your twitching your little finger, to North Korea’s H-bomb tests, to volcanoes, to the sun, the moon and the movement of everything on every other planet and every star in every galaxy in the known universe… changes the Earth’s climate. Far as I can tell, NPR has nearly completely ignored the story of rampant child abuse and rape in Rotherham, England. They did do two stories, in which two words were notably absent: “islam,” and “muslim.” I wonder why that is. Remember what we’ve said numerous times in these pages: You ALWAYS come out of any session with NPR “news” less informed than when you go in. Continue reading NPR Watch (7/19/17) — Did NPR Check To See Whether Rapes Were Okay?
We Conservatives in the 1980’s “approved” of Mikhail Gorbachev because we thought he might bring the Soviet Union down. Nearly thirty years later, Europeans “approved” of Barack Obama because they hoped he’d do the same thing, if perhaps a bit less drastically, to America. It’s a sure bet that the French overwhelmingly “disapprove” of Trump because they fear that he’ll do for America the exact opposite of what Gorbachev did to the then Soviet Union, and make America stronger. If they believe that an American President will not act in America’s best interests, then Europeans love him. Conversely, if they believe that the American President will operate in America’s best interests, they’ll hate him. Simple as that. The most intriguing thing in all this is the sheer, jaw-dropping ignorance of Garcia-Navarro’s question to McEnroe. There’s no indication that the question was anything but perfectly serious. This is the abysmal level of ignorance to which NPR always sinks. The reason is simple: NPR’s hard-leftist ideology trumps everything. Lulu Garcia-Navarro simply couldn’t possibly have imagined that the best female tennis player in the world wasn’t also the best tennis player in the world, flat out. In Garcia-Navarro’s world, women are the best at everything. They’re smarter, wiser, better educated, better at sports… better people in every respect, than men. I guarantee that McEnroe’s response to her frankly idiotic question threw her completely for a loop. If Garcia-Navarro were to do the tiniest bit of digging, then she’d find that a whole lot of the fetid, stinking mess that is the leftist orthodoxy that Garcia-Navarro swallows uncritically, is mostly the same codswallop that she believed about Serena Williams. You and I both know that the slaves’ descendants are struggling only with: “How do I make a persuasive case for an immoral thing: getting free money from a bunch of people who are guilty of absolutely nothing against me?” And yet… The best thing that ever happened to Black Americans of today is that their ancestors were dragged here to America against their will two centuries ago. It’s cruel, and it’s rude, and it’s harsh… but it’s true. The truth can have very poor manners. Continue reading NPR Watch (4/27/17) — 1838 Georgetown Slave Sale
I wonder what NPR would have thought of, say, someone who hypothetically became a Conservative legend after having financed his magazine with counterfeit money. What if NPR found out, for example, that William F. Buckley had used a million bucks in counterfeit cash to launch National Review? Do you think NPR would have thought that was just a clever bunch of people finding a clever way to launch their Conservative media empire? Or, do you think rather that NPR might have been in scornful high dudgeon, insisting that the right-winger was really nothing more than a criminal, and a fraud?
Yeah… that last is a lot more likely. Continue reading NPR Watch (4/20/17) – NPR Speaks Approvingly of Grand Theft
