Two simple facts:
- The average black woman is more likely to own a luxury vehicle than the average white woman.
- The average black family has 1/10th the wealth of the average white family.
Both of those assertions are flabbergasting. Especially the first, in the context of the second. I was unaware of the first, and was aware of the second, but not of the awful statistic: 1/10th.
This is all in the context of a discussion of black/white spending habits in the video linked below.
- There’s no such thing as “Systemic Racism.”
