Brothawolf’s Failure

He forgot one really important thing…

Our old friend Brothawolf (BW) has posted (here) another flailing, ridiculous post. I have to admit, this one made me laugh out loud for real. To give you an idea of the flavor of it, BW indulges in an almost procotological-level dissection of our group’s character, personalities, sexes, skin colors, nationalities, and more. And… BW manages to imply in his post that we’re a single Russian writer, being paid to troll his and other blogs! Wow!

In his post, BW manages to prove everything we’ve long  been saying about him, most notably that he has no answer to the points we’ve been making right along. Oh, and he forgot one really, really important thing.

For the moment, though, here’s the text of BW’s post, with our responses to it [in square brackets and red font.]

BW’s Headline:

[This is the start of it. BW imagines that he knows that we’re getting paid for our online blogging. We’re not. The body of BW’s post is mostly silly fulminating, so I’ll simply point out the many things that BW got wrong.]

The Body of BW’s Post:

This post is about something I learned from our favorite right wing fanatic troll XPraetorius (XP). For those who  don’t know this clown, let me explain a few of what he says:

-Racism is not a major issue for black people in America.

-Racism against white people is more acceptable. [BW doesn’t proofread, which makes for some really sloppy self-expression. I’m pretty sure that BW means to say, “Racism against white people is more socially acceptable,” which, of course, it is. It’s very much in vogue in American pop culture and the media today.]

-There’s apparently such thing as a Race Grievance Industry (RGI).

-Black liberals are the most racist group in America

-I’m racist, I’m an accomplice to black-on-black crime, me wishing slavery would doom my people to more suffering in Africa, I slander him, my blog is equivalent to Stormfront and that I’m an overall terrible person. [Again, BW doesn’t proofread. Presumably he means “wishing away slavery.” And, yes, wishing away slavery from America’s past would, indeed, make it so that millions of black Americans either wouldn’t exist at all, or would be living in some Third World hellhole in Africa. It’s the conundrum of thought exercises like the one I posed to BW. ]

I could go on, but I couldn’t stomach anymore just typing this. This XP, who has his own blog, claims he belongs to a group of other bloggers, and they’re all conservatives and that they’re very influential. Since they’ve started, they, or rather he, [Two of us interacted with BW at his site before he banned us.] targeted my blog and fellow blogger Abagond. [We never “targeted” anyone.] To them, we’re foot soldiers of the imaginary grievance industry and what we and black liberals are doing are very much Hitler-ish. [The RGI is, indeed, quite fascistic.]

XP used to be here quite a bit, sometimes claiming to be a black woman. [This is incorrect. I claimed to be me; my colleague claimed to be herself. BW interacted wtih two people, and we never made a secret of this, though we weren’t always making a big deal of it.] I can’t believe that, but it’s not impossible. But while he was here, he engaged in arguments in topics pertaining to race and racism. Honestly, dealing with him is like arguing with a spoiled child who thinks I hate him because I scolded him for saying something offensive. And by talking about racism, by his words, that means I hate white people. Sounds like a fragile mindset to me. [This is untrue. BW regularly became upset simply because he disagreed with what we said, which was quite plainspoken. The truth is the truth is the truth. One can sugarcoat it all one wants, but I find that generally tends also to hide it and make it more confusing. We choose what offends us, and BW is offended by plainspoken truth. That’s, to put it bluntly, not my problem, it’s his.]

He doubles, triples, quadruples and quintuples his arguments in the form of condescension, calling your responses stupid, and repetition. He loves to repeat himself. In fact, it’s a frequently used title on his blog. In the end, I had to ban XP just like Abagond did because of his embarrassing behavior and weak arguments. He continues to talk about us on his blog, me especially since I give him doses of his own medicine. He claims we’re racist against white people, and no matter the argument, he will repeat it in a manner of white paternalistic arrogance. [BW banned us because we mopped up the floor with him and his friends in debates at his blog. He’s just not man enough to admit it.]

It was clear that this troll was not a serious or reasonable debater. If anything, he embodies everything a debater shouldn’t do. He has played every card in the book that would set off people he deem are liberals and seems to be gleeful about it. So, either he actually does have personal issues that he takes out on others or there is something more. [Again, all we did was politely present plainspoken truths. Of course that kind of thing sets off leftists!]

It could even be both. Still, my pride led me to debate him on his blog only to get more of the same and worse. Even though I won many times against him, he still wanted to fight. And recently, I came across a revelation as to why he writes what he writes. [LOL! BW got his silly clock cleaned each time he tried to “debate” with us. The reason: he didn’t actually argue, but engaged in a constant stream of speculation about our characters and personalities. In other words. BW forfeited every “debate” we engaged in,  by… not engaging in it. A better admission the he actually had no argument you’d be hard pressed to find.]

I came across Abagond’s post about Russian trolls[LOLOLOLOLLLL! I’m a Russian troll!!! Woo hoo! That’s just about the funniest thing I think I’ve ever read!] There’s a link underneath with the name of our troll as a paid troll. [We’re a paid Russian troll!!! ] So, I did a little google search, and came to find out that trolling apparently pays. It’s reported that political agencies send people to intentionally disrupt online forums on social media. And this certain troll is one of many. [Lol! We’re not paid to blog. This is a hobby of ours.]

Don’t believe me? I’ll let him confess:

This is a large part of his final message on Abagond’s blog.

At first, I thought XP was full of s##t. Turns out he may actually be a part of some company or foundation that is likely right wing oriented, probably the National Review since he references it so much. [We’re not affiliated with National Review, though we read it avidly, and we know and correspond with some of the writers.]

Even though he never admitted outright that he gets paid, [LOL! Because we don’t get paid.] he did say that he has connections in both the government and media, and if it is indeed the truth, that must mean that he must get some kind of compensation in return for trolling other blogs. [Nope. We get no compensation for this… Just the fun of seeing BW flail at the windmills in his mind (a Don Quixote reference)] Abagond saw this and also noticed how XP spends long hours and extensive writing in whatever he says. No one with a life would blog that much or that long for nothing. [Lol! And we don’t have a life! Or… maybe it’s just that BW’s a poor typist. When I get going I can do 140 wpm. It doesn’t take me long to type a whole lot.] So, that must mean he’s getting a paycheck for being a crackpot conservative. [Nope. “Crackpot Conservative!” Lol! I guess that makes BW a loony leftist. Ain’t alliteration grand?]

Only where is this book or set of books and where is this appearance on this major news network? Is this part of his trolling as well and is not true? Who knows except him or them. [The books are out, and more are in the works. These are scholarly works. Definitely over the heads of Abadond and BW. If he wants to find them, BW should search for books investigating, exposing and documenting the composition, propaganda and business practices of the Race Grievance Industry. The major news network broadcasts have also happened. ]

By the way, notice how he mentioned Al Sharpton. Not surprising seeing as how conservatives think he and Jesse Jackson are the only black leaders they think we have like they’re Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine and the so-called RGI are storm troopers. [LOL! Sharpton and Jackson aren’t the only leaders of the RGI — and we never hinted that they were — they’re  just the most famous, most prominent, and most recognizable. Others are, for example, Barack Obama, Keith Ellison, John Lewis, Maxine Waters, Cory Booker, and more.]

Another clue seems to stem from his habit of copying and pasting other people’s blog posts and refuting them in red. [We do this for two reasons. (1) if we’re “banned” from a web site, as BW has done, or (2) after we’ve dissected a post the embarrassed author will sometimes take it down. If we’re not banned from a site, we don’t do this. Unless, that is, we believe that the author whose content we’ve debunked is going to take down his post. Also, there have been instances where we’ve posted a rebuttal to a blog post somewhere, and launched a back-and-forth. In that back-and-forth, we’ve often thoroughly torpedoed an author’s original premise. Sometimes that author will simply delete only our posts. It’s the height of dishonesty, but then that’s the internet!] That’s a habit of his, and it appears he copyrights all of his articles in the process. [Below BW has copied our very much boilerplate copyright notice. We very scrupulously observe our copyright responsibilities. Anything we quote from another blog we attribute comprehensively, giving all credit either to the author of the content, or the owner of the blog, or both.]

Some of XP’s posts are long and wordy with some including written content from other blogs so that he can, again, argue against whatever’s said. So, in some way, he must be paid more if there’s more content to read. [Nope. We’re not paid. It’s a hobby.] It’s just a theory though, but regardless, he practically admitted that trolling was his job.

He also admitted to using sock puppets to help garner fake support. Here’s proof in his own words.

XP planned to return to Abagond’s blog using sock puppets. [Again, nope. BW misread the above quote. The pronoun we used was “we.” Other individuals did, indeed, poke around Abagond’s blog, as well as BW’s. I, however, did not.] (He probably did to lurk around as he’s forbidden to comment there.) I found out he used this deception on my blog, and I didn’t realize it at the time. [He didn’t realize it, because we didn’t, and don’t, use “sock puppets.”] Somehow, I found out, and when I told him, he lied and told me that his “friends” weren’t him. [Ummm… my friends aren’t me. Kinda obvious, no?] But I told XP that the proof was in the IP address that I could see in the comments. [BW is ignorant of how IP addresses work. Most large organizations’ outgoing content comes from one single IP address, even though the people using that IP address might be separated by vast distances, even entire continents. This is a way of maintaining some control over how much information about yourself, or your company, you expose to the rest of the internet.] Most of the commenters who backed him up had the same exact IP address, and despite this, [Yep. Even though one of our writers lives in and posts all her material from Japan, it still appears to come from Connecticut.] he continued denying it. But as you can see, XP used sock puppets to further troll me and maybe collect dollars in the process. [Nope. We’re not paid. I am going to let BW in on a little secret about our little group, though. We all post from the same IP address, but one of us lives in England, one in the Netherlands, one in Japan, one in Brazil. and three others live in the United States. Anyone who’s adept in the use of VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology can make it seem as if all those people around the world are all posting from the same place. As we do. It helps us protect our anonymity.]

Two other people share the same IP address (on the left) meaning they’re from the same computer. [Nope. In fact they’re, individually at least, not even from the same continent. “Rational Observer” posts from England. DaShawn posts from the States. I post from all over the world. I have to travel a lot for my work. I’m not sure where I was when I posted the top post shown in the above graphic.]

Now, if I’m wrong in anyway about how to spot sock puppets, I would be happy to admit I’m wrong. [You’re wrong, and I just proved it. Time to admit it, BW!] But from what I’ve learned, it’s not complicated at all. [Correct. It’s not. VPN software is pretty easy to use.] XP used one computer to create multiple identities, [Nope.] and wasn’t clever enough to make any of them to appear anywhere on his blog as commenters or even guest bloggers. [Nope. Wrong again.] If you were to check out his blog now, you can see how he doesn’t have many views, compared to mine at least, and not many people say much there, again compared to mine. Only I give him a lot of undeserved attention and have probably unwittingly made him richer. [LOL! BW obsesses on this. And, again, for the umpteenth time, I’ll repeat: It’s not how many visit your blog, it’s who visits your blog. We’re at exactly the level of readership — and much more importantly the composition of our readership! — where we want to be. Any more readers, and we’d become too prominent, compromising our anonymity, and we’d have to shut down.]

So, XP gets paid for being a total deplorable jackass on the internet. [Nope. We don’t get paid.] Of course, if he sees this, he will say how most, if not all of what’s said and shown, is wrong. He’ll accuse me of slander, again, and he’ll end up in his broken record mode and rewrite the same ole’ crap I’ve read a thousand times. [Lol! The “broken record” thing is just funny, coming as it does from the king of broken records!]

It’s unknown if XP’s still getting a paycheck and who pays or paid him. [Actually, it is known. We don’t get paid to blog. It’s a hobby. One of  many.] There’s nothing that shows that he did this for actual research. [There are several books, and some television broadcasts, as well as numerous media interviews, all dealing with our investigation into the Race Grievance Industry. All containing research that’s thoroughly documented.] I’m not convinced that he is a part of some little group. Though he could be. Then again, his writing never changes no matter who he says he is. [BW is hardly literate enough to make this determination!] It’s hard to know where the lies end and the truth begins when it comes to this character or group of characters. He could even be a Russian troll. [Nope. Quite the flight of fancy for BW though, I have to admit! A Russian troll! Lol! I have a friend who’s very, very high up in the government. I have to show this to her.] Regardless, it’s hard to believe that someone could be this insane, in impenetrable denial and stuck on ignorance. Then again, he could a professional troll and a tricky liar. [Nope. Neither. I don’t have to lie. I have the power of some really strong arguments and evidence on my side.] I do know that he harbors great and obsessive resentment towards me and Abagond, probably – in some part and I may be mistaken – because us banning him must’ve put huge dents in his ego as well as his paycheck. [Lol! It’s kinda hard, isn’t it, to dent a paycheck of $0? And as far as our egos are concerned, it didn’t bother us one bit that Abagond and BW banned us. We simply used a different approach to engage the Race Grievance Industry.]

End of BW’s Post

There were some comments at the end of BW’s post. Predictable ones. And predictably dumb. No point in re-posting them.

Oh, yes… all the way back up top, we indicated that Brothawolf had forgotten one really important thing. Here is it: Even if all he ever said about us were true, even if I were a lone Russian troll [I’m neither lone, nor Russian, nor a troll 🙂 ] getting paid to post provocative arguments on others’ web sites, that wouldn’t change the fact that BW was never able to raise a single argument to disprove anything that we said. Not even one.

As we often said, if what we said was so obviously wrong, so plainly false, then it ought to have been child’s play to knock our arguments right out of the park. BW was unable to do that with a single one. That leaves a simple fact in place: we proved to BW that America is not a racist nation.

BW’s just not man enough to admit that he’s wrong. (1)

— xPraetorius

(1) Our argument was, and remains: If a black person (1) learns to speak well, (2) obtains an education, (3) works hard, (4) gets along well with others, and (5) presents him or herself more or less normally, there will be no more obstacles in his path to success than in anyone else’s path. Certainly white hostility will not be one of those obstacles.

BW was never able to rebut this proposition. All he ever did by way of response was to say we were wrong and call us names for having made the point. Notably, he never once ever advanced one single, solitary counter-argument.
