The New Fascism Will Come Waving The Banner of Anti-fascism.

Bottom Line: The new fascism is here. Can you even imagine the idea that Conservative speakers wouldn’t be allowed to speak on college campuses? The tactics used to prevent such speakers from exercising their free speech rights are straight out of Fascism’s Playbook. And the group that organizes and pays these “protesters” calls itself… Antifa. Short for “Anti-fascism.”

Years ago we said in these pages, something to the effect of: the new fascism will come waving the banner of anti-fascism.”

We called it.

It’s here. The new fascism, that is. Can you even imagine the idea that Conservative speakers wouldn’t be allowed to speak on college campuses?!? In the United States of America?!? The violence and intimidation used to prevent such speakers from exercising their First Amendment rights are straight out of Fascism’s Playbook.

And what does the shadowy group that organizes and pays these “protesters” call itself? You guessed it: Antifa. Short for “Anti-fascism.” If it weren’t so tragically sad, it would be hilarious!

We’re sad to report that our prediction wasn’t just accurate, but on-the-nose-to-the-letterperfect! Yes, the new fascists, the new brownshirts, the new jack-booted thugs, are out there openly waving the banner of anti-fascism! And, just like the old fascists, the new ones are all on the political left. (See here for a discussion and explanation)

Love Trump or hate him, or some emotion in-between, his greatest accomplishment is to have exposed the American Left for what it is: fascistic thugs interested only in power, and willing to deprive you and me of our rights, our freedoms, potentially even our lives, in order to obtain power and to keep it.

Is America ready, willing and able to see it?

    1. Thanks, Tricia… I wish I were wrong. Part of me still holds out some hope that this is just a passing fad on the Left. They’re not too bright, after all, and they don’t have much in the way of attention span. 🙂

      Best,
