Here’s the Election, Summarized

Grim calculations:

  • Hillary Clinton would be a disaster. 100% certainty.
  • Bernie Sanders would be a catastrophe. 100% certainty
  • Donald Trump could be a disaster. 90% certainty.

It’s possible that Trump has had a change of heart and is now a staunch Conservative who would do all the things that need to be done to prevent this country from continuing its present trajectory toward ruination. But it’s unlikely.

It’s certain that Sanders or Clinton would keep the current direction and, if possible, accelerate it.

We have a roughly 50% chance of electing a President who will have a 10% chance of not being a disaster. Essentially, we’re faced with the choice between a disaster and a crapshoot.

Great.

Remember: a disaster for the United States of America is a catastrophe for all “teeming masses yearning to breathe free” in the world.
